Here at Kaingaroa School, we have many leadership opportunities for our ākonga. Some examples of this are house group leaders, Physical Activity Leaders (PALs), kapa haka, students leading assemblies and organising and running within school events regularly.

We embrace tuakana / teina relationships and empower all students to act with integrity and to fulfil their potential.
